Creating a playground can be challenging but also very rewarding!
Planning a playground is a very rewarding experience. However, to be successful a typical project requires 90% planning and 10% doing! Our goal at RecTec is to help you create an amazing playground to be enjoyed by community members for years to come.
We have provided a guide on fundraising to help you get started!
The BCAA Play Here initiative will partner with British Columbian communities to refurbish their worn out play spaces, making them safer and better places for kids to play. It could be a splash pad, a community center, or even a playground! The winning play space will receive a revitalization of up to $100,000 from BCAA and its partners.
Nominate a play space in your community at BCAAPlayHere.com today!

Communities invest considerable resources to support recycling as a way to protect our environment and enhance the quality of life of BC’s citizens. The TSBC Community Grant Program provides financial support to communities who have decided to use and benefit from a wide range of recycled tire products in their projects. Rubber surfacing is safe and attractive for all playgrounds.
The 2016 Community Grant Program is now open and will close on or before December 31 2016, depending on the availability of grant funds. Check out their website for more information: http://www.tsbc.ca/grant.php
